HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER OR GET A QUOTE?

If you know which MCL location you want to work with please contact them directly and ask to speak with a manager. If you are unsure which MCL location you should work with, have general questions or want to request an online quote please call our home office at 317-257-5425 or email us at mcl@mclhomemade.com (regular business hours apply, stores are open and available to answer questions 7 days a week 10 am to 8 30 pm).

HOW DO I KNOW IF FAMILY STYLE OR FULL SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Family Style is ideal if you’re prepared to handle set-up and clean up on your own and allows you to cater to smaller groups (10 person minimum). It is also preferred by our more budget conscious customers. Full Service Catering is more of a turnkey option, meaning all you have to do is enjoy the meal. If you want china, tablecloths and real silver Full Service Catering is for you.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We are happy to accommodate you on short notice, although we cannot guarantee the availability of all menu items. For Family Style Catering, to ensure availability of all items please order 24-48 hours ahead. For Full Service Catering please allow for as much advanced notice as possible.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PEOPLE YOU SERVE?

Family Style is priced to serve as few as 10 people. There is a minimum of 25 for Full Service Catering. We can serve groups of any size.

DO YOU OFFER CHINA, LINENS, ETC.?

Yes we offer china for an additional fee for Full Service Caterings. Real silverware, linen table cloths for all tables and food table skirting are included for all full service caterings. We do not offer china or linens for Family Style Catering.

HOW DO I KEEP THE FOOD HOT?

For Full Service Caterings keeping the food hot is our job and enjoying the event is yours. For Family Style Catering, you should pick up your food or have it delivered as close to serving time as possible. Our secure packaging will keep your food hot during transport and your food should will be hot if it is being served quickly. If you are serving a large group over an extended period of time we can provide you with chafing racks and Sterno™ to insure your food stays piping hot the entire length of your event. If you have access to an oven and would like to keep the food hot you can set your oven to 165 degrees and hold in the oven.

HOW MUCH FOOD DO I NEED?

Just tell us how many people you are serving and we will take it from there. Trust us, we do this every day. Our portions are generally plenty for most groups. If you’re feeding a group with a huge appetite, for instance a High School Football Team, let us know and we can give you recommendations.

DO YOU OFFER BAR SERVICE?

Yes, we offer Host, Cash and Split Bars at all events held in the State of Indiana. Outside of Indiana we do not offer bar service.

IS THERE GRATUITY ADDED INTO MY BILL OR IS IT EXTRA?

All of our servers working a banquet are paid at our normal hourly rates. Gratuity will not be charged to your bill. If you so wish to give a tip then please direct this to a manager so it can be split among all the servers involved.
